From Planning to Partying!

Step 1: Booking Your Event
In order to secure your date, we need a signed contract and the non-refundable deposit of $125.00 for the Clubhouse or $500.00 for the Ballroom.
Step 2: Booking your Vendors and Paying the Balance
Carolina Dreaming offers decor services through Dream Decor & Event Planning. Dream Decor can tailor a package to fit your needs. Lighting and photobooth rentals can be arranged through Next Level Lighting, a partner of Dream Decor. Remember, balances are due 2 weeks prior to your event!
Step 3: Obtain Event Insurance
Event insurance is due 3 days prior to your event and can be purchased from theeventhelper.com website or from your insurance company. Carolina Dreaming should be listed as the certificate holder/venue on the policy.
Step 4: Let's Party!!!
Arrange a time for all of your vendors to arrive at the facility for setup. Now, it's time to enjoy your party!
